Prolouver Acoustic louvers incorporate acoustically insulated blades to provide for sound attenuation to lower infiltrating or escaping noise. Acoustic louvers are made of aluminum panel,with mineral wool or glass wool inside, in different shape to meet different acoustic purpose. According to shape,there are three types: aerofoil acoustic louver,single blade acoustic louver and double blades acoustic louver. Other shape are available to be made according to client’s design. Prolouver acoustic louver are widely used in Plant room openings,cooling towers, condenser plant etc. where need noise control,can meet the most stringent noise control specifications.

Peformance of PROLOUVER ACOUSTIC LOUVER
Prolouver acoustic louver outer framework is made of 2.5mm aluminium panel and the acoustic louvre blades are formed from 1.2mm aluminium sheet,with one side solid while the other side is perforated. The infill is either organic mineral wool or glass fibre of 47kg/m3 density.Acoustic sun louver is assembly modules at factory,with width normally over 1220mm wide / 1800mm wide and/or 2000mm / 2400mm high,then assembly two or more modules at site. The backing of the prolouver acoustic louver is stainless steel mesh,which is vermin,rot and moisture proof.

l Options for finishes – Our panels are available in a wide range of colours and finishes, including AkzoNobel powder coating and PPG PVDF painting,which can last for more than 10 years no fading.
